A big warm welcome to Oli James!

Charlie and the Rannoch Team are delighted to announce their latest recruit - Oli James as Assistant Production Manager. He brings with him extensive engineering, manufacturing, shipping and logistics experience and has a keen eye for detail.

Oli has spent a significant amount of his working life successfully managing projects across many challenging environments which stand him in good stead for this role. He has a passion for adventure which led him to West Africa where he spent two years living and working in the jungle of Sierra Leone, managing cocoa exports and exploring the country by motorbike, 4x4 and on foot. On his return from Africa Oli spent the following years travelling globally both in a technical role for a leading vehicle manufacturer to provide support and training, and also for his own pursuit of seeking new experiences and places.

In his free time Oli enjoys restoring classic cars and spending as much time in the great outdoors as possible, enjoying mountain biking, skiing, camping and wild swimming.
