Despite departing from the Christiania Roklub in very damp conditions, the clouds soon parted and gave way to blue skies and sunshine for our crew on their 3 day row along the Oslofjord and down the west coast of Sweden towards Gothenburg.

The crew sum up their expedition:

"It was such a great trip! I loved rowing under the stars with the long swell making me feel somewhere between heaven and earth. I loved singing to Abba's music and chatting with the crew rowing around me."

"An amazing trip...I liked the changeovers at 1.5hrs as it really broke up what could have been a long slog. I slept like a baby in my dugout pit! Music, chat and learning everyone's stories and characters were all lovely too, the common bond of rowing brings many people together as a family."
